Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Garments must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of stains, odors, self tans, pet hair or distinct odors including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Returns for orders placed  will have a cost of 2.99 EUR which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All tags must be attached when returned.

Several types of products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • The accessories
  • Promotional items
  • Swimwear, intimates and bodysuits

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • A FEMMEBRANCHEE purchase credit will be sent to you by e-mail in the form of a gift card, which you can use to buy another item! Purchase credits are valid for 12 months.



Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We also notify you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.



If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

In the event of a withdrawal, the return costs will be at your expense and automatically deducted from your refund even if the initial shipping costs were offered.

Your refund will be effective after receipt of the item in our warehouses and after verification of its general condition within 14 days.
