RETURNS

 

Our policy lasts 14 days depending on the delivery dateIf 14 days have passed since then, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag and warranty seal intact, as well as any free gifts that came with the item.
Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free from stains, odors, self-tanners, animal hair or distinct odors, including deodorant and perfume. 

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Returns for orders placed will incur a cost of EUR 2.99, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All tags must be attached when returning the item. 

Several types of products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • The accessories

  • Sale items 
  • Swimsuits, underwear and bodysuits

To make a return, you must first contact us by email and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • The missing items even if the item was offered.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  •  A FEMMEBRANCHEE gift card will be sent to you by email, which you can use to purchase another item! Gift cards are valid for 12 months.       

     

    REFUNDS

    Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

    If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

     

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

    If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

    Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

     

    TRADES 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it in this case If you wish to receive the same item in a different size or color, you will need to return the item in question and place a new order.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

    Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

     

    If you are shipping an item worth more than €45, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance.

     

    RETURNS CONCERNING REFUSAL OF PACKAGE FOLLOWING A CANCELLATION  

    In the event of a cancellation, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be automatically deducted from your refund even if the initial shipping costs were free.

    Your refund will be processed after we receive the item in our warehouse and after we have verified its general condition within 14 days.
