Where do you deliver?

This is a question we are frequently asked,

Femmebranchee.com collaborates with vegan, European and US manufacturers to find the most trendy and quality style.

 However, we make sure we can track our orders for your peace of mind.

We ship worldwide! International shipping takes approximately 5 -14 business days in transit. So don't worry if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive much faster, but we want you to know that is out of our control!

Once the package leaves the warehouse
we no longer have access to it.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to help you.

 

In some cases, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Femme Branchée and the carrier have no control over the length of time the customs authorities see fit to keep a package. In addition, some countries may apply tariffs once the package has been accepted. We suggest you check with your local post office to see if this applies to you, as Femme Branchée does not cover additional customs fees. Femme Branchée is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes or other applicable fees.

 

For Vegan orders!

Unfortunately, all Vegan products cannot be ordered at the same time as the rest of the products, please note that Vegan products will be a separate order otherwise you cannot access payment Because it is a selection under manufacturing. For this reason delivery is free.

 

How to track my order ?

For Vegan orders: When you place an order, we wait a minimum of 12 hours before considering it as validated (in case of change or modification of address for example).

Once the order has been confirmed,

Your order will be processed for 24 to 48 business hours.

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information. Also, please allow 24-48 business hours for details to update.

In France the delay is 2 to 3 working days.
In the European Union the announced deadline is 3 to 10 working days
In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days.
